Tim Williams
Biography
Tim Williams has an extensive background in law enforcement, education, private business, security and consulting. Tim was with Whittier Police Department for 15 years, a Tactical Training Officer with Rio Hondo College Police Academy for 5 years. He worked in the Transportation Industry for 25 years as a Senior Operations Manager with both Penske and Ryder Corporations. In those positions, Tim was responsible for security, operations and human resources. Tim became a Private Investigator in 2012 after being licensed by the State of California. My company has been utilized by several attorneys in the Inland Empire which required extensive research in criminal backgrounds, surveillance, court testimony and determination of fault in major accident reconstruction matters. Tim has a diverse background and have attained the three primary levels of law enforcement status, a Basic, Intermediate and Advanced P.O.S.T. Certificate. He has a Teachers Credential, at college level in Law Enforcement Instruction. Additionally Tim has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. Tim is P.O.S.T. Certified in Law Enforcement Background Investigations. I have several years of training in both law enforcement and U.S. Department of Transportation studies regarding cargo theft and major accident reconstruction.
