Lokeni W. Porter
Biography
Lokeni W. Porter was born and raised in San Diego, CA. He is married with 3 children. Lokeni obtained his Bachelors of Science degree from San Diego State University in Criminal Justice Administration, with minors in Military Science and Sociology. He went on to earn his Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University. Lokeni has 23 years of law enforcement experience. His myriad of assignments include Field Training Officer, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Firearms Instructor, and Investigations. While in Investigations, Lokeni has handled case work, recruiting and pre-employment backgrounds. Lokeni has received numerous commendations for outstanding work in his field. Lokeni is a certified California POST background investigator and is member of the California Background Investigators Association.
