Randy Kirby has thirty-two years in law enforcement. He is a retired police Captain from the Arcadia Police Department. He is also a California Licensed Private Investigator and Qualified Manager. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management from Azusa Pacific University. He also has an Associate degree in Administration of Justice from Citrus College. Randy is a California P.O.S.T. Certified Background Investigator and has reviewed and completed numerous backgrounds during his career.
